So again I failed at keeping the blog updated.... but better late then never, right?!?!
We found out a few weeks ago that we are having another BOY!! Even though it was a shock for the girls, the whole family is so excited and can not wait to welcome this newest little guy in a few months! Life is about to get a pretty crazy but so perfect! Our girls are very close in age and are best friends, I just hope that our boys will be the same way!
At this point, not a lot has changed with the big move since my last post. We are still in the waiting stage of our move. Waiting for our medical clearance, waiting for orders, waiting for a set date to make the big move. With this being our first PCS, we are very new to this and I am learning fast that this is one part of military life that I struggle with. I have to admit that I have not been so good with the whole living life in limbo thing. Lol! I think the hardest part, for me, is that I can not plan ahead like I am used to... even for simple things like monthly meal plans. As funny as that sounds, it has been a struggle for me! Plus on top of everything knowing that I will soon be entering my third trimester soon (very soon!) is making it just that much harder to not have a plan set in action. At the time that most pregnant women are painting and preparing their nursery, I am finding myself pack up all of our baby stuff! It has been a little difficult for me not to spend this time stressing but I think I am doing a little better and just have to keep reminding myself that this is a new and semi-exciting experience for all of us! Hopefully we will have some answers soon!

Big Changes...
It is official! Big changes are coming to our little family in the next few months!
A few months ago we got some surprising but exciting news. We are expecting baby # 4! Bubba is only 10 months old and we were not planning to have another one this soon, but we are very excited for this new little blessing that is headed our way. Baby #4 should make his or her big arrival sometime before Christmas! The girls are completely divided, Big Sister is sure we are having another boy while Little Sister really, really wants another girl! :) I wonder who will be right?!?
AND that is not all the changes that are coming...
A few weeks ago K called me from work to tell me some more great news.... we have orders England!! Eeek!! We are SO excited for this next adventure but a little overwhelmed with the 'to-do' list that we have to finish before we leave. This is our first PCS as a military family and there is so much to learn! The next few months we will be cleaning, purging, and packing up all of our belongings then loading up all three kiddos up for the LONG plane ride over to our new home (not to mention the million other little things that have to be done between now and then!). I am not going to lie, it is going to be tough leaving our families and all of our friends behind but I try to think of all of the great adventures we will have and the places we will get to see in the next 3 years. K, being the history buff that he is, is very excited to get a chance to travel to some of the famous historical sites in Europe.
Well, that is it for now! Hopefully soon I will get a chance to do short updates on the family, it seems like I have been doing them about once a year. I promise, I will be updating my blog more often now to keep our family and friends updated on our adventures as we leave the States and get settled in our new home overseas! So keep checking back :)

Big Sister and Little Sister are completely in love with their Baby Brother who is also known as Bubba!!
As I stated earlier, we all have been pretty busy around here these days!! I have to admit, I forgot how tiring it is to have a newborn in the house! We are learning how to balance our new sleep-less nights and endless diaper changes with family time, K's new work schedule, Kindergarten, Pre-school, and all of the other activities that we are involved in.
I have so much to write about and hundreds of pictures that I want to share but they are going to have to wait until another time, for now I need to go snuggle with my little ones! :)

Kindergarten!
Big Sister
1st day of Kindergarten
August 2nd, 2012
Little Sister, is still adjusting to not having her sister around all day. It has to be difficult to go from having a playmate around all day to being left at home with a very pregnant and tired mom, but so far she has done pretty well! I am trying to keep her busy and thankfully she loves to help out with things like putting laundry in the washer, doing the dishes (well playing with bubbles as mom does the dishes!), and helping pick out and make what we are going to have for lunch! I think she is also getting used to having her own pick of which cartoons to watch and all of the toys to herself for a change! :) With in the next few weeks, preschool will start up again so that will keep her busy for at least two days a week!
Well, that is all of the family news for now! I am only a week away from my due date so hopefully the next time that I post, Little Brother will be here!! :)

I am back!
Wow! I can't believe that it has been over a year since my last post! Seems like time has been flying by and every time I think of sitting down to write a post, something always comes up.
Well now I am back!
So to start off my return to the blogging world, here is a quick update on everyone....
Big Sister:
Big Sister is now 5 years old!! She amazes me everyday with her spirit of adventure and her love of learning. She loves to do anything that has to do with writing from writing out her own name to helping me by writing my grocery lists! She reminds me every day (multiple times a day!) that she is going to Kindergarten in August! She is so excited for school to start even though I am not sure that I am ready for my baby girl to be going off to kindergarten!
Little Sister:
Little Sister is now 3 years old (even though if you ask her she will tell you that she is 5!) and is working everyday to keep up with her Big Sister! I just love her sweet and quiet spirit. Even though she loves to be out playing and chasing her sister around, she also loves to find a quiet spot with her blanket and a stack of books. She is also my snuggle-er!! We start each morning off, snuggled on the couch watching cartoons or reading a book. She is looking forward to returning to preschool in August!
Baby Brother:
Yep! You read that right!! Baby Brother should be making his appearance in mid-August (this ultra-sound picture was taking months ago, at 11 weeks - it is the only one I have on the computer at this point)! We only have about 8 weeks to go... eek! The girls are so excited to have a baby brother and are not-so-patiently awaiting the day that he decides to 'pop out'! :) So far, everything in the pregnancy is going well. It has been a bit hard on me but that is mostly thanks to the 110+ temps that we have been getting around here!
K & I:
In the past year at work K has returned from his 1st deployment, received an Airman of the year award, got BTZ (below the zone, means that he was promoted early!), and went off on his 1st TDY. Truthfully, I am sure there has been a lot more, but I can not think of them at this moment. One thing that I know, is that he has sure been busy!
I am just about the same as always (except getting a little rounder! :). I am still a stay at home mom and am enjoying it most of the time. Between keeping up with the girls, the housework, and the baby brewing... I am keeping pretty busy these days!!
Next week, is our 7th year anniversary! I can't believe that we have already been married 7 years, not to mention that we have now been dating for over 10 years!! It is amazing to look back over the past 10 years and remember the things that we have been through together. I am so thankful everyday that I have been lucky enough to have such an amazing man by my side through all of it!! I can't wait to see what the next 10, 20, & 50 years bring to us!!
Well, that is it for now. That's everyone in the family... oops besides Jake and Marvy (our faithful dog and beta fish!) but I am happy to report that they are both doing great! I am hoping to get a chance every week or so to sit down and write a little more about the craziness of our life here at home!

Disclaimer: I actually wrote this a few nights ago and was interrupted so I saved the post and am posting it now! I did not want to delete this fun memories that I had written down, so I am posting it now! :)
So, I think I may have actually found some time to sit down a write a blog. Amazing isn't it! Not going to lie, it is most likely because today Big Sister decided she wanted to set up her own little Easter egg hunt. Except she did not use eggs, instead she hid my TV remote and I still can not find it. Sigh. I guess I am going to have to forgo my NCIS time and write about life with my crazy kids! So here are a few things that we have been up to lately, not exactly in order but just as they pop into my head! Plus a few great pictures from the past few months...
Big Sister turned 4 this past week! Can you believe it?!? I am still trying to wrap my head around that one! Probably will finally come to terms with having a 4 year old about the time that is about to turn 5. That is exactly how the last 4 years have gone, why change it now! Well, anyway, back to Big Sister... Instead of doing a great big party, that she would probably never remember, we did exactly what she wanted to do. Which was, play in the park with friends! We invited a few of the moms and kids to the park on Wednesday (which was her actual birthday!) to come out and play!! I did make some 'Flower' cupcakes complete with dirt and worms :) for everyone to enjoy. The park party was a huge success! Big Sister had a great time and was completely exhausted by the time we got home. I did let her pick what she wanted to eat for lunch and she picked 'chicken nuggets from McDeeeeesss'... not a big surprise (sorry Savanna, for announcing on my blog that I feed my kiddos happy meals! LOL! ;) ! Overall the day was great and I really think she enjoyed her very special day, even though this week she has been telling everyone that she meets, in a very pathetic voice that her birthday is over. Hahaha! She cracks me up! There are a few really cute pictures that I will add at the end.
Other then our annual 'family birthday celebration week' (poor Little Sister's birthday is months away from her mom, dad, and Big Sister's!), we have spent a lot of time driving up and down the mountain. Recently we celebrated Easter with my folks. It was a great weekend and the girls were so excited that the Easter Bunny had found them even at Nona and Papa's house! I do not have any pictures of them in their new dresses on Easter morning because it was just to darn cold and the girls just wanted to play outside in the dirt! Over the weekend we went to a egg hunt at the local Nursery store, played with Nona & Papa's baby chicks, dyed eggs, and ate tons of candy! It was defiantly a good weekend!
Summer is moving in pretty fast here in the desert. I cant believe how warm it is getting. This will be are 1st summer here so it will be interesting to see how we fair through a real summer with 1000+ degree temps (not really, but it already feels like it is that hot and we are only in May!). I do not do well in hot weather, it makes me cranky... so I am going to apologize now for any complaining I do in the next few months! The one thing that we do enjoy about the warmer weather is the time we get to spend in the pool! We have a small blow up pool that we have been getting out every few days and both girls are loving every minute of it! Another huge plus to the nice weather, is that I found a great buy on Craigslist, I have been searching for a playhouse for the girls for a few years and we FINALLY found one! I love it and it was a great price! So far, I have had to pull the girls out of it every night in order to get them to bed!
Well, guess that is it for now! Here are a few pictures from our last few weeks... Enjoy!
Happy Birthday Princess!!
We Love You!!
(We do not have tons of pictures, but we had a great time!)
